Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, crushed
8 oz. unsalted, whipped butter
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. chives
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. dill
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
-
Place softened butter and cream cheese in a blender or food processor.
Add herbs and mix well.
Spoon into mold or bowl and chill.
Serve with crackers.
Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks or may be frozen.
