Beef Taco Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large flour tortillas
    3 lb. extra lean ground beef
    3 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Roll boneless breasts in sour cream until coated.
    Crush potato chips and roll chicken in chips.
    Place chicken in greased flat baking dish.
    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter per breast.
    Crush medium clove of garlic and mix with butter.
    Drizzle over chicken. Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
