Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely ground green pepper
    1/4 c. finely ground red chili pepper or jalapeno
    1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin
    Green food coloring (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine peppers, vinegar, and sugar.
    Bring to a rolling boil, and then add liquid pectin.
    Bring back to boil; let boil three to four minutes longer.
    Add a few drops of food coloring for color desired.\tTake off heat; continue to stir for several minutes longer.
    Seal in pint size sterile jars.
