Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large pieces of chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    8 to 10 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 stick margarine
    4 c. juice (I use tangerine and orange, mixed)
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine in large frypan.
    Add fresh garlic. Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
    Brown chicken quickly to a lovely color (this is not to cook chicken, only to brown and seal). When browned to golden color, remove chicken and place in baking dish.
