Jailhouse Rolls(Makes 4 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 sticks (1 c.) margarine
    3 whole eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 c. flour
    1 pkg. (1 Tbsp.) dry yeast, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Blend potatoes, margarine, eggs, salt and sugar.
    Add flour and mix thoroughly.
    Finally, add yeast water to this mixture.
    Place in a large covered bowl and refrigerate for several hours.
    Three hours before dinner, take as much dough as needed and roll it out 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with a glass dipped in flour and arrange side by side in a slightly greased baking dish.
    Butter tops lightly. Allow to stand on open countertop for 3 hours to rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
