Low-Fat Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices fat free cheese
    8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Place potatoes, onions and carrots in a pan.
    Cover with water.
    Cook until tender.
    Leave water in pan.
    Add fat free cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
