Fluffy Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Supermoist cake mix for 2 layer cake (with no cholesterol recipe directions)
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches in light peach juice
1 (8 oz.) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla flavor instant pudding filling for 4 servings
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray three 8-inch round cake pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare cake mix as label directed following no cholesterol recipe.
Spoon batter evenly into cake pans.
Bake about 25 minutes.
Remove cake from pans and cool completely.
Drain peach juice, coarsley chopped peaches to juice in bowl, add whipped topping, pudding mix and chopped peach, stirring gently.
Place cake on plate, spread with 3/4 cup mixture, then do the same to the second and third layer.
Use remaining mixture to frost side of cake.
Refrigerate.
