Hot Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

1 (8-inch) deep dish pie shell
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Bake pie shell.
Spread browned sausage in pie shell.
Cover with grated cheese.
Beat together eggs and milk; pour over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned and bubbly, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
