Cherry Dump Salad - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
