Gazpacho (Cold Raw Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    1 large cucumber, peeled
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    small bottle pimento
    2 c. tomato juice (V-8)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend 1 tomato, 1/2 the onion, 1/2 the bell pepper, 1/2 cucumber, pimento and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Chop remaining 1 tomato, 1/2 the onion, 1/2 cucumber and 1/2 bell pepper.
