Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 small (6 oz.) can tuna fish
8 oz. crab meat
1/2 lb. shrimp, cut up (cooked)
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 c. toasted bread crumbs (can substitute Kellogg's stuffing croutons)
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in margarine; drain off margarine and reserve for toasted crumbs.
Mix soups and salad dressing and add to first ingredients.
Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Mix seafoods together and add to mixture in a large greased casserole or pan.
Put a layer of rice and a layer of seafood mixture until all is used.
Top with toasted buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
