Cheddar Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 (5 oz.) jar sharp Cheddar spread
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend margarine and cheese spread.
    Add flour; mix and chill. Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Lay on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Store in freezer containers.
    Remove from freezer.
    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes about 40 pennies.
    Should be soft when done.
