Hawaiian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, pecans (1 cup), green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into two balls and roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and foil. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes two balls.
