Hot Sauce Or Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, mixed in a blender
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    4 medium onions, chopped
    5 or 6 medium bell peppers, chopped
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. hot peppers, chopped (40 peppers = 1 lb.) or 1 1/2 c. canned jalapenos
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. each: salt, red pepper, paprika, garlic salt and cumin
Preparation
    Taste to adjust seasoning. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 1 hour, stirring often. Yield: approximately 1 1/2 gallons.
