Oven Baked Cranberry Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chicken in cooking oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place in a large baking dish.
    In same skillet, cook onion and celery until tender, but not brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat through and skim off excess fat.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting 2 to 3 times during baking.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
