Aunt Leslie'S Cantonese Sauce For Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    6 Tbsp. ketchup
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 tsp. Chinese molasses
    3/4 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Marinate lamb for 24 hours after combining marinade ingredients.
    Bake at 225\u00b0, using meat thermometer, basting every 15 to 20 minutes.
