Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. can sliced peaches
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into pie pan.
Drain peaches well and reserve juice.
Place peaches over batter.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice in small bowl and beat 2 minutes.
Spoon onto pie within 1/2-inch from edge.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (no more, no less).
Crust turns golden brown, filling appears soft. Refrigerate.
