Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter or regular margarine
    2 Tbsp. butter or magarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving liquid for sauce.
    Flake; remove skin. Add 3/4 cup milk, green pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, onion and 1/4 cup melted butter; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Pack mixture in tightly.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 50 minutes.
