Tempt-Me Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    5 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    toasted almonds, chopped
    cocoa
Preparation
    Gradually add powdered sugar to cream cheese; mixing well after each addition.
    Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in almonds, cocoa, coconut or additional powdered sugar.
    Chill.
    Makes 4 dozen.
