Momma Lela'S Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco to form coarse crumbs.
    Add milk.
    Mix with fork until well blended. Form dough into ball.
    Transfer dough onto floured surface.
    Knead gently 8 to 10 times.
    Roll dough 1/2-inch thick or thinner (if desired).
    Cut with floured cutter and place onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until done.
