Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. grated coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar while beating slowly.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla, melted margarine and coconut; mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes, or until done.
