Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
6 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream sugar, oleo, eggs and sliced bananas.
Mix flour, salt, baking soda and nuts together (do not overmix).
Add to cream mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in greased and floured loaf pan.
Makes 2 loaves.
Let cool.
Can be frozen.
