Santa Fe Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. salsa
    1/2 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
    2 c. water
    2 c. thin noodles
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Add ground beef and onion.
    Cook until meat is browned, drain.
    Add chilies and mushrooms.
    Cook three minutes.
    Add salsa and olives.
    Cook three minutes.
    In a separate pot, bring water to a boil.
    Add noodles.
    Cook five minutes.
    Drain and stir noodles into meat mixture.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
