Va Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine sifted dry ingredients, apples and pecans in bowl. Mix well by hand.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add to apple mixture.
Mix well. Spoon into greased tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
