Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry crust
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. corn syrup
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in margarine and pecans.
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until center of pie is puffed and golden brown.
    Cool.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream.
