Jelly Cheese Puffed Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury biscuits
    small whipped cream cheese
    any flavor jar jelly (not jam)
    2 c. canola oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Fill 4-quart saucepot with oil on a medium flame.
    Separate and flatten out biscuits (in order to enlarge).
    Place a drop of cream cheese and/or jelly on the dough; fold over and pinch dough to seal edges.
    Place in oil and fry, turning frequently to brown lightly.
    Place on paper towel to drain oil off.
    Top with powdered sugar.
    Enjoy.
