Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab claw meat
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    crackers, crumbled
    oil
Preparation
    Lightly mix ingredients together.
    Form medium size cakes. Coat crab cakes with cracker crumbs.
    Fry in oil until golden brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
