Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 small pkg. herb stuffing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    Cook squash and mix with onion, carrot and 1/2 of herb stuffing mix.
    Add soup to this and pour in casserole dish. Spread sour cream over top of mixture.
    Mix stick of melted margarine with other 1/2 of herb stuffing and spread on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
