Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped zucchini, drained
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini.
Mix.
Put in 8 x 11-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done in center.
Frost with Zucchini Cake Frosting.
