Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock, cod or halibut
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. minced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse fillets and pat dry.
    Arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Melt margarine in a medium saucepan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Carefully pour tomato mixture over fish.
    Bake 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
