Italian Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork chops
    1 large sliced onion
    1 large sliced bell pepper
    5 cloves garlic
    olive oil
    1 can Italian style tomatoes
    1 can pizza style tomatoes
    Cavender's Greek seasoning to taste
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    Put a little oil in a heavy pan; heat over medium heat.
    Brown chops; remove from pan.
    Pour off fat. Add a little oil to pan over low heat.
    Saute onions, pepper and garlic until wilted.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Put chops back in.
    Cook over low heat until tender.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
