Sweet And Sour Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 medium carrots, shredded
7 small zucchini, shredded
Preparation

Pour tarragon vinegar over soup mix and set aside.
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, oil, cider vinegar, green pepper, celery and carrots.
Add soup mixture and stir well.
Add the zucchini; stir again.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Drain before serving.
