Lemon Nut Bread(Quick Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon rind
    3 1/4 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Blend in eggs one at a time and lemon rind.
    Stir in sifted ingredients alternately with liquids.
    Spoon batter in lightly greased loaf pan.
    Be sure batter is in all corners of pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool.
