Catalina Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice, raw
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 large red pepper, coarsely chopped
    2 oz. snow peas
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed and drain.
    Set aside.
    Stir-fry shrimp, red pepper, and snow peas in oil for 2 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute.
    Stir in rice.
