Banana Coffee Cake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 1/3 c. mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 2 1/2-inch muffin pans.
Stir together in a small bowl the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Reserve.
