German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1 red onion
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix cider vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, celery seed and mustard.
    Heat to boil.
    Put chopped cabbage, chopped bell peppers and sliced onion in bowl.
    Pour sugar over vegetables.
    Pour hot mixture over all.
