Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Add and blend well mayonnaise, cold water and vanilla. Add to the above mixture and blend well flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Bake in lightly greased and floured 9 x 9 cake pan at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes (use toothpick to test for doneness).
