Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
2 c. cooked rice
salt
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops.
Brown pork chops in small amount of oil on both sides.
Place in covered baking dish.
Pile cooked rice on pork chops.
Drain oil from skillet.
Put soup and water in skillet and simmer about 5 minutes.
Pour over pork chops. Bake for about 30 minutes in regular oven at 400\u00b0 or microwave on High.
