2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Spray a cast-iron skillet with Pam cooking spray. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
