Saucy Apple Swirl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
15 oz. jar applesauce
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
3 eggs

Preparation

Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs (can use 3 egg substitutes).
Pour 1/2 batter into pan.
Sprinkle sugar mixture.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 35 to 40 minutes.
Check with toothpick.
Cool upright for 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
