Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Mix other ingredients well and fold in egg white.
    Dry fish.
    Dip in batter and deep-fry 4 to 6 minutes.
    Drain.
    Will coat 2 pounds fish.
