Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (6 to 8) apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples thinly.
    Sprinkle sugar, flour and spices on apples, mix well.
    Fill crust with mixture, add butter. Add top crust, brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Rotate, then bake 20 to 25 minutes (or more).
