Spinach And Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and pressed dry with paper towels
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. quick cooking rice
    8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    18 slices boiled ham
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, mix soup, sour cream and mustard.
    In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup soup mixture, rice, spinach, cheese, eggs, onion and flour.
    Mix well.
    Place about 2 heaping tablespoons of the spinach mixture on each ham slice. Roll up and place close together, seam side down in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Spoon remaining soup mixture over ham rolls.
    Top with crumbs and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until hot.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
