Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cauliflower
    1 pkg. broccoli
    1 pkg. Brussels sprouts
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. black olives, cut in half
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter or oleo until clear.
    Add to vegetables with the olives, pimentos and mushrooms.
    Add the mushroom soup mixed with water and pour this over the vegetables and stir.
    Heat through, about 25 minutes.
    Add the grated cheese and stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
