Mary'S Favorite Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. V8 juice
    3 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 diced cucumber
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. Frank's Red Hot
Preparation
    Place 2 c. of the V8 and HALF of all the veggies into blender.
    Add vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper sauce and process until smooth.
    Pour into large pot and add remaining vegetables and V8. Chill for several hours and serve cold.
