Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 stick margarine

Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes until tender and peel them.
Mash them, and stir in margarine while they are hot.
After margarine is melted add remaining ingredients, and mix at medium speed until well blended.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Add topping, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
