Elderberry Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. sugar
3 gal. water
1 pkg. yeast
2 qt. ripe elderberries
4 lemons
3 lb. seedless raisins
Preparation

Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes.
Pour over elderberries. When lukewarm, add yeast.
Pour into plastic or glass container and let stand 7 days, stirring 3 times a day.
