Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled and cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Put in a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup or more bacon bits and sliced olives. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
