Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow summer squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine sour cream and chicken soup; fold in squash and onion.
