Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 chopped tomato
    salt and pepper
    2 c. water
    basil
    rosemary
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook bell pepper, onion, garlic, basil and rosemary in vegetable oil until tender.
    Stir in rice, tomato, salt, pepper and water.
    Cook, covered, on low heat for 20 minutes.
